When I moved to NYC by myself, I met strong, unique, creative and flexible women who were around my age as well as older women who came to NYC when they were my age. They are all challengers with passion and spirit, leaving their career, family and love life in their countries. I created my first album inspired by those free-spirited people.

This album includes my original song, “Dream Flight” (co-written with my husband), “Rio Dawn” created by Jimmy Heath who is one of the jazz giants, and 9 other jazz standards arranged in a variety of jazz styles.
